October 4: Update From Ghana

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We completed our Fall 2014 Ghana Evangelism Project yesterday (Fri., Oct. 3) after visiting 11 schools. Our American team them made the uncomfortably rough and DUSTY drive to Accra. Mark, Andy and Craig went directly to the airport while Roy and I wait for our flight later tonight.
During our two weeks, the gospel was shared before 31,000+ people in 155 venues. 21,959 of these indicated a decision for Christ!

I am thankful to be a part of the continuing ministry here, but always glad to get home too.
We are to arrive in Charlotte tomorrow morning (Sun.). I’ll spend the day staring at Lynne, Lyndsey and Tiny, get some needed work done, and prepare to take our Sr. Adult church group on their fall retreat in Ashboro, NC on Monday. I am to lead worship there and will also hold a book signing. Happiest when busy!

Again, thank you for your continued support in every way.
